Blood Building Postpartum Smoothie
Full of everything you need to improve iron levels before, during & after pregnancy. Oranges for vitamin C, beets for iron + blood building nutrients, protein (helps absorption!), spinach + soy milk (more sources of iron).
- 1 cup organic soy milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 beet steamed
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup berries, your choice
- 1 scoop protein powder (we prefer beef isolate, vanilla)
- 1 orange juiced
